Yes. Every invoice can be paid online by card or bank transfer (ACH) through a secure Stripe checkout — no account needed on their end. Turn on autopay and recurring customers are charged automatically each month, so you stop chasing payments.
Can I bring my customers over from Skimmer or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Export your customer list to a CSV and import it into Tadpole in a few minutes — names, addresses, rates, and gate codes come along. Addresses are placed on the map automatically.
Do my techs need to learn anything complicated?
No. Techs get a simple native app that shows today's stops in drive order. They tap a stop, log chemicals, snap photos, and mark it done. Most techs are comfortable on day one.
